Return & Exchange Policy

Customer service is our number one priority! If an item is not what you were expecting or is the wrong size, we accept returns within 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to returns and exchanges. We do not refund any shipping costs including shipping on original order or return shipping.


To be eligible for a return...

- the product must have been delivered within the last 7 days.

- the product is not damaged or worn with original tags (if any) still attached to item.

- SALE ITEMS cannot be returned/exchanged. These are all FINAL SALE. Anything Discounted 30% off or more is FINAL SALE (including items bought during special sales).


Lastly, once Heartbreaker Clothing Company mails your package...USPS is responsible for the safe handling and delivery of your package. Please direct any lost or damaged package concerns with USPS first. 


EXCESSIVE RETURN POLICY: If you return or exchange more than 3 items during a lifetime of ordering, a minimum of 15% restocking/handling/shipping fee will be deducted from the return and will increase with each return.

We are always available to answer questions on sizing, material, etc. Excessive returns may be denied from future purchases. 



Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you received defective items, please contact us at HEARTBREAKERBOWCO@GMAIL.COM within 2 days of delivery so that we can correct the issue.
